Kid's Help Phone

Kids Help Phone is Canada's national 24/7 e-mental health service for young people, offering free confidential support by phone and text as well as live chat. Youth can reach trained counsellors for any concern, including abuse at home and unsafe living situations. The service runs RiseUp, a text line co-designed with and for Black, Indigenous, and racialized youth that offers crisis support responsive to the realities of racism. Staff are trained to support disclosures without forcing a specific course of action.
