Delta Family Resource Centre

Delta is a Toronto community agency in the northwest GTA serving a large Black, Caribbean, and African client base. Its Youth Services stream offers mentorship and employment programming alongside mental health support and case management for youth aged 12 to 29. Staff work with young people navigating family conflict, violence at home, school pushout, and involvement with child welfare or the justice system. Programming is grounded in community context and trauma-informed practice, with explicit attention to the systemic barriers facing Black youth.
